Mulally, up close

Few executives have emerged from last year's industry collapse on a higher note than Ford's Alan Mulally. This Automotive News TV special report gives a view of the CEO that headlines can't provide. Walking the stage at the Automotive News World Congress Tuesday, Mulally apologized for not using a PowerPoint, found comfort in his pocket-sized card of Ford's goals and -- using words that would make his mother wince -- described the single biggest lesson he learned in 2009.
